Position: Perfusionist
Experience Required:Minimum 4+ Years
Qualification:
B.Sc. in Perfusion Technology / B.Sc. Cardiac Perfusion Technology
M.Sc.Perfusion Technology (preferred)
Registration with respective council (if applicable)

Salary Budget: Up to ₹60,000/- per month (Based on experience and interview performance)

Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Operate and manage the heart-lung machine during cardiac surgeries.
2. Monitor and control physiological parameters such as blood flow, pressure, oxygen levels, and body temperature during procedures.
3. Assist cardiac surgeons and anaesthetists during open-heart surgeries and other complex cardiac procedures.
4. Handle ECMO(Extracorporeal Membrane Oxygenation) procedures independently.
5.



Prepare and maintain perfusion equipment, ensuring proper sterilization and functionality.
6. Monitor anticoagulation status and manage blood gas analysis.
7. Maintain accurate records of perfusion procedures and patient data.
8. Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and patient safety standards.
9. Coordinate with OT team for smooth surgical workflow.
10. Be available for emergency cardiac procedures as per duty roster.
