Department:CTVS (Cardio-Thoracic & Vascular Surgery)
Experience Required:Minimum 2+ Years (OT/CTVS preferred)
Qualification:
GNM/B.Sc.Nursing
Valid Nursing Registration

Salary Budget: Up to ₹20,000/- per month (Based on experience & interview performance)

Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Assist Senior Scrub Nurse during CTVS procedures.
2. Prepare OT table and ensure instruments are arranged as per surgical requirement.
3. Maintain sterility and follow infection control protocols.
4. Assist in surgical counts (sponges, needles, instruments).
5. Handle basic surgical instruments and support surgeon as directed.
6. Ensure proper disposal of biomedical waste as per guidelines.
7. Maintain OT cleanliness and readiness for next case.
8. Coordinate with nursing and OT team for smooth workflow.
9. Support in emergency cardiac cases when required.
