Follow up on inquiries and convert them into sales
- Understand customer needs and share suitable solutions, quotations, and proposals
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Maintain solid client relationships for repeat business
- Update CRM and maintain customer database
- Coordinate with sales, operations, and logistics teams for order closure
- Prepare MIS and sales reports
- Process orders, maintain documentation, and support invoicing & payment follow-ups
- Handle data entry and general back-office tasks
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
