Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound & outbound customer calls professionally
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure timely closure
- Act as a bridge between customers and internal teams
- Provide one-stop support for pre-sales & after-sales queries
- Manage showroom activities & walk-in customers
- Maintain high customer satisfaction levels

Eligibility Criteria:
- Any Graduate / ITI (Engineering background preferred)
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer handling / client servicing
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in regional language preferred

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
