We are hiring for Client Servicing Executive position for one of our esteemed client in Event Management industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing relationships and understanding their business objectives.
- Coordinate and oversee event planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring client expectations are met or exceeded.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, operations, and logistics, to ensure flawless execution of events and campaigns.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations for clients, clearly communicating event concepts, timelines, and budgets.
- Accompany seniors to client meetings and business appointments.
- Monitor project progress, resolve issues proactively, and ensure timely delivery of all client requirements.
- Provide regular updates and reports to clients on project status, risks, and opportunities.
- Gather client feedback post-events and identify areas for improvement to enhance client satisfaction.




- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, fostering repeat business and referrals.
- You are required to represent the company at the Event, as instructed & at timings given by the Director of the company.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in client servicing, preferably in event management.
- Proven track record in managing client accounts, coordinating events, and ensuring successful execution.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office and comfortable with event management tools.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and handle high-pressure situations.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
