Secretarial & Statutory Compliance
- Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, 2013, SEBI regulations, FEMA, and other statutory requirements.
- Manage preparation and filing of statutory returns and forms with MCA/ROC.
- Draft, review, and maintain minutes of Board Meetings, Committee Meetings, and Annual General Meetings.
- Maintain statutory registers, records,



and documentation as required under applicable laws.

Legal & Contract Management
- Draft, review, and vet commercial agreements, MOUs, NDAs, service agreements, vendor contracts, employment contracts, and other legal documents for India and Overseas.
- Liaise with external legal counsel for litigation, notices, and dispute resolution.
- Ensure proper documentation and legal safeguards for business operations and transactions.
- Manage legal research and interpretation of laws applicable to the business.
