Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Perform SMD and through-hole soldering of electronic components
- Assemble and mount components on PCB boards as per circuit diagrams
- Read and understand basic electronic schematics
- Handle components such as resistors, capacitors, ICs, connectors, relays, and sensors
- Conduct basic functional testing of assembled PCBs
- Identify and rectify soldering defects
- Maintain ESD safety standards
- Support production and troubleshooting activities

Required Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience in manual soldering
- Knowledge of PCB assembly and electronic components
- Basic understanding of multimeter and testing tools




- Attention to detail and quality-focused approach
- Ability to work in a production environment

Qualification & Experience
- Diploma in Electronics & Communication (E&C;) / Electronics Engineering
- 2-3 years of experience in PCB assembly and soldering
- Experience in automation or machine manufacturing industry preferred

Preferred Skills
- PCB rework and repair experience
- Knowledge of IPC soldering standards
- Exposure to panel wiring

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
