Job Overview

We are seeking a structured and proactive Process Coordinator who will act as the central coordination point between departments, ensuring smooth communication, disciplined execution, and timely completion of operational tasks. The role is critical in maintaining workflow clarity, reducing delays,



and supporting leadership with process tracking and execution visibility.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as the coordination bridge between departments to ensure smooth information flow and execution alignment
- Track daily, weekly, and project-based action items across teams and follow up for timely closure
- Maintain structured trackers for tasks, deadlines, responsibilities, and progress status
- Support management in monitoring execution by preparing summaries, updates, and follow-up reports
- Communicate process updates, new instructions, or workflow changes to concerned team members
- Identify delays, miscommunication, or workflow gaps and escalate them proactively to management
- Maintain documentation of SOPs, workflow changes, and coordination records for future reference
- Assist in improving process discipline by ensuring teams follow defined systems and reporting structures
