Job Description: Marketing Executive (Engineering Software Solutions)

We help companies in the automotive, aerospace, industrial equipment, and consumer product sectors innovate faster by providing cutting-edge tools from SOLIDWORKS and Hexagon (including Esprit, VISI, Cabinet Vision, and metrology solutions).

Position Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation: Create technical content, including case studies, blog posts, newsletters, and social media content highlighting SolidWorks PDM/Simulation and Hexagon CAM/Metrology solutions.
- Event Planning (Physical & Virtual): Plan, organize, and execute marketing events, webinars, seminars, and user group meetings to showcase software capabilities.
- Website & CRM Management: Maintain the company website, update product pages, and manage lead nurturing workflows in CRM tools (e.g.,



Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Sales Enablement: Collaborate with the sales team to create marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and proposal templates.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct market research to identify recent industry opportunities, monitor competitors, and refine positioning.
- OEM Relationship Management: Coordinate with marketing teams at SolidWorks and Hexagon to utilize co-marketing funds (MDF) and follow company guidelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Engineering (Mechanical/Production preferred).
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the CAD/CAM, CAE, or engineering software industry.
- Technical Familiarity: Basic understanding of CAD/CAM software (SOLIDWORKS, Esprit, or similar) and manufacturing processes (CNC machining, GD&T;, Simulation).
