Role Overview

You’ll work closely with our marketing and performance teams to design high-impact creatives for fast-growing brands across industries.

Key Responsibilities
- Design engaging creatives for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and other digital platforms
- Create ad creatives, banners, campaign graphics, and performance marketing visuals
- Develop motion graphics, reels, and short-form video content for paid and organic campaigns
- Design branding assets such as brochures, pitch decks, presentations, and marketing collateral
- Collaborate with performance marketers and content strategists to create conversion-focused creatives
- Maintain brand consistency across multiple client accounts
- Adapt designs quickly based on feedback while meeting tight deadlines




- Stay updated with evolving design trends, social media formats, and platform best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in Graphic Design, preferably in a digital marketing agency or performance marketing environment
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
- Solid portfolio showcasing social media creatives, ad designs, branding, and/or video content
- Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and visual hierarchy
- Ability to manage multiple brands and projects in a fast-paced agency setup
- Basic animation and video editing skills are a strong plus
- Understanding of performance marketing creatives (CTR-driven ads) is an added advantage
