Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Automation Engineer with expertise in Java+Selenium, leading our test automation initiatives. In this role, you will play a critical part in driving the quality assurance strategy, mentoring team members, and ensuring that our automation frameworks and processes align with the highest industry standards. This is a leadership role requiring both hands-on expertise and the ability to collaborate across teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibility
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks using Java & Selenium WebDriver
- Automate functional, regression, and smoke test cases to ensure maximum test coverage
- Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing
- Review requirements and identify automation feasibility
- Perform cross-browser and cross-platform testing
- Debug failures, analyze root causes, and work closely with development teams for resolution




- Maintain reusable test utilities and improve framework performance
- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Retrospectives)
- Ensure adherence to QA standards and best practices

Required Skilset
- Robust proficiency in Core Java (OOP concepts, Collections, Exception Handling)
- Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver
- Experience in TestNG / JUnit frameworks
- Framework design experience (POM, Data-Driven, Hybrid, BDD - Cucumber preferred)
- Experience with build tools like Maven or Gradle
- Strong understanding of Git version control
- Knowledge of API automation using Rest Assured or Postman
- Experience integrating automation with Jenkins or other CI/CD tools
- Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies
