Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident International Sales Trainee with excellent communication skills. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are passionate about sales, international business, and client interaction. The trainee will learn global sales processes, lead generation, and client relationship management while working closely with the senior sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate leads from international markets.
- Understand client requirements and present suitable products/services.
- Maintain and update customer records in CRM systems.
- Assist in preparing sales proposals and quotations.
- Follow up on leads and maintain strong client relationships.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales activity targets.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline (BBA, BCom, BA, BSc preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.




- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts (if required for international markets).
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
- Quick learner with interest in sales and international markets.

Preferred Skills (Optional):
- Knowledge of international sales processes.
- Understanding of CRM tools.
- Exposure to digital marketing or lead generation.

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
