Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients for real estate projects.
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information about properties.
- Generate leads and schedule site visits for the sales team.
- Maintain and update the customer database regularly.
- Follow up with interested clients and maintain solid relationships.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead generation targets.
Required Skills:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a talecaller (preferably in real estate).
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of real estate projects and terminology.
- Ability to handle objections and close leads.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, etc.).
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
