Job Role:
Key Responsibilities:
- Call and follow up on fresh and existing leads
- Counsel students and parents regarding medical admission procedures
- Explain eligibility criteria, documentation requirements, and fee structure
- Maintain proper records in CRM/Excel
- Coordinate with the admission processing team
- Build trust and maintain professional communication
Required Skills:
- Strong communication skills (Hindi required, English preferred)
- Good counselling and persuasion skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Target-oriented mindset
- Skilled and confident approach
Eligibility:
- Graduate in any stream
- Minimum 1 year experience in counselling, tele-calling, or education consultancy preferred
- Experience in admission counselling is an added advantage
Working Hours:
- 11:00 AM - 06:00 PM
- Sunday Off
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
