Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop digital sketches, prints, and collections for ladies western wear, kids wear, and men's casual lines
- Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on current fashion trends and competitor activity
- Create mood boards, color boards, and fabric swatches to communicate design concepts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, merchandising, and sales
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our target customer and their needs
- Meet deadlines and deliver high-quality designs within budget constraints

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in fashion design, preferably in a similar role
- Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in ladies western wear, kids wear, and men's casual design
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite,



specifically Illustrator, Photoshop, and Sketchbook
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Strong understanding of current fashion trends, fabrics, and production methods
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Nice to Have:
- Experience with 2D design software and digital printing techniques.
- Knowledge of sustainable design practices and eco-friendly materials
