We are seeking an experienced restaurant supervisor to lead operations at our veg restaurant in Kannur, Kerala. MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN VEGETARIAN RESTAURANT.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, recruit, train, and manage front and back-of-house staff.
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Manage and optimize online delivery platforms for performance and accuracy.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and handle guest feedback promptly
- Monitor daily sales, track KPIs, and report performance metrics to management
- Manage inventory, stock levels, and vendor coordination
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards at all times
- Implement cost control measures and improve overall operational efficiency
- Manage Zomato and Swiggy sales.




- Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Restaurant Manager
- Prior experience in managing vegetarian restaurants, preferably in South India
- Robust leadership, communication, and team management skills
- Proficiency in handling both dine-in and online delivery operations
- Familiarity with inventory and POS systems. Must have experience managing online sales via Zomato and Swiggy.
- Fluent in Malayalam, Tamil and Hindi

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
