Role Summary
We are looking for energetic and customer-oriented professionals to assist walk-in customers at our studio. As a Home Consultant, you will help customers select products, ensure an excellent in-store experience, and contribute to achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist walk-in customers with product selection and recommendations
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Maintain visual merchandising and overall store appearance
- Support order processing and provide post-sales service
- Prepare daily reports on sales and customer interactions
Requirements:
- 6month-2 years of experience in retail, sales, or customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Interest in home décor or interior styling
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts (6 days a week)
