- Key Responsibilities:_-
- Handle outbound calls to warm & hot leads generated via Facebook, Google, and website inquiries
- Convert leads into paid subscriptions for SEBI-registered Investment Advisory (IA) and Research Advisory (RA) services
- Explain IA & RA offerings clearly and educate clients before closing
- Close new subscriptions, renewals, and plan upgrades through consultative tele calling
- Build long-term client relationships and ensure service satisfaction
- Maintain lead status, follow-ups, and call notes in CRM
- Achieve daily call targets, conversion ratios, and monthly revenue goals
- Coordinate with research and support teams to resolve client queries.




- 1-2 years of experience in tele sales / inside sales / relationship management:
- Experience in stock market, financial products, insurance, MF, IA/RA, broking, or subscriptions preferred
- Solid sales closing, persuasion, and objection-handling skills
- Good listening ability and consultative selling approach
- Fluency in Odia & Hindi with strong understanding of local investor mindset:
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
