Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain company social media accounts such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Plan and execute monthly social media content calendars
- Create engaging posts, reels, stories, and promotional content
- Monitor trends and implement creative social media campaigns
- Respond to comments, messages, and interact with followers
- Track and analyze social media performance and engagement metrics
- Collaborate with the marketing and design team for campaigns and promotions
- Manage social media advertising and promotional campaigns when required
- Prepare weekly and monthly social media performance reports

Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and current trends
- Good content writing and communication skills
- Basic graphic design knowledge (Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools)
- Ability to plan content strategies and campaigns




- Knowledge of social media analytics and performance tracking

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing
- Experience managing business social media accounts

- Growth in followers and audience engagement
- Increase in reach, impressions, and brand awareness
- Lead generation through social media platforms
- Performance of social media campaigns
