Role Overview

We are looking for an AutoCAD Draftsman who can translate design intent into clear, accurate, and well-detailed working drawings.

This role plays a key part in ensuring that our designs are executed smoothly and precisely on site.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed architectural and interior working drawings:
- Develop layouts, sections, elevations, and construction details:
- Translate design concepts into precise execution drawings:
- Coordinate closely with architects and designers for drawing updates
- Ensure all drawings are aligned with site and execution requirements:
- Revise drawings based on design feedback and site changes




- Maintain organized documentation of drawings and revisions

Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Architecture or a relevant field
- 1-4 years of experience in architectural drafting (residential preferred)
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD:
- Good understanding of working drawings and detailing standards:
- High attention to detail and drawing accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple drawings and timelines efficiently

Preferred (Good to Have)
- Experience in luxury residential projects:
- Basic knowledge of SketchUp / 3D tools:
- Understanding of on-site execution drawings
