Roles and Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and manage contracts and renewals
- Coordinate with vendors/clients on agreements and payment terms
- Verify invoices and process payments on time




- Generate invoices and track receivables
- Maintain proper documentation for contracts and payments
- Ensure compliance with company policies and audit requirements
- Prepare basic reports on payments and contract status

Qualification & preferred Skills:
- B.Com with 2+ years of experience in Accounting & Tally software
- Good understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable principles
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Data entry skills
- Familiarity with Google Workspace & EPR modules are preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
