Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver effective and engaging lessons as per the curriculum
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Assess, monitor, and report student progress regularly
- Encourage creativity, critical thinking, and active participation
- Maintain discipline and ensure student well-being
- Collaborate with colleagues and participate in school activities
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student performance
- Contribute to co-curricular and school development initiatives

Eligibility Criteria:
- Educational Qualification:
- B.Ed (for Primary & Secondary teachers)
- Montessori Training (for Pre-Primary teachers)
- Experience:
- Minimum 1-3 years of relevant teaching experience preferred
- Freshers with strong passion for teaching may also apply
