Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide a warm, personalized in-store experience
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable hair products and solutions
- Demonstrate products and assist with trials (hair extensions, toppers, etc.)
- Clearly explain product features, benefits, and usage
- Actively convert inquiries into successful sales and meet monthly targets
- Build strong customer relationships to drive repeat business
- Maintain store presentation, cleanliness, and visual merchandising standards
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate restocking when required
- Stay updated on product knowledge, trends, and competitor offerings
- Collaborate with team members to achieve overall store sales goals

Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate / Diploma / Relevant degree (preferred)
- 1-3 years of experience in retail sales.
- Experience in beauty, fashion, or FMCG retail is an advantage

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
