ABOUT US:
As Principal Solutions Architect at Talon.One, you will be leading enterprise-level API integrations. This role focuses exclusively on delivering complex integrations, which often span over a couple of months due to their complexity. You will lead the charge on these initiatives, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams while acting as a trusted advisor to ensure customer success.

While you won't have direct reports, you'll be in a unique position to mentor and share your expertise with the Technical Account Management (TAM) team,



shaping both technical and project management best practices. This is a rare chance to make a significant impact, allowing you the freedom to define the role while driving excellence in integrations.

This is a remote role based in India and requires occasional travel, estimated at 10%-20% of the time.

ONCE YOU ARE HERE YOU WILL:
- Lead the design and implementation of large-scale API integrations, ensuring alignment with customer goals and our platform capabilities while mitigating risks
- Collaborate with implementation partners and system integrators (SIs) to ensure their approach aligns with best practices and effectively represents the customer's interests
- Oversee project planning, resource allocation, and timelines for enterprise-level integrations
- Collaborate with customers and internal teams to define scope, milestones, and deliverables
- Evaluate partner performance post-project completion and share insights with relevan
