Job Summary:
We are looking for a Data Entry Operator who will be responsible for accurate data management along with 50% outstation travel for field data collection, documentation, and coordination. The role requires a combination of office-based data handling and on-ground operational support.

Key Responsibilities:1. Data Entry & Documentation
- Enter, update, and maintain data in company systems (Excel, ERP, or portals like GeM).
- Verify data accuracy and ensure proper documentation.
- Prepare reports, summaries, and daily updates.

2. Field Work (50% Travel)
- Visit client sites, government offices, hospitals, or project locations.
- Collect data, documents, and approvals.
- Assist in tender documentation, inspections, and site verification.

3. Coordination
- Coordinate with vendors, OEMs, and internal teams.
- Support bid/tender submission processes.
- Handle communication with clients for document collection.

4. Compliance & Reporting
- Maintain proper records for audit and compliance.
- Ensure timely submission of required documents.




- Provide regular status reports to management.

Travel Requirement:
- 50% outstation travel is mandatory:
- Travel across India based on project requirements
- Travel expenses will be reimbursed as per company policy

Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum Qualification:10+2 (Any Stream):
- Experience:0-3 years (Freshers with positive computer skills can apply):
- Proficiency in:
- MS Excel, Word, PDF
- Online portals

Skills Required:
- Good typing speed and accuracy
- Basic understanding of documentation and compliance
- Willingness to travel frequently
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work under deadlines

Salary:
- ₹8,000 - ₹12,000 per month (depending on experience)
- Travel allowance + Daily allowance (DA) extra
