About the Role:
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT & Non-IT positions.
- Screen, shortlist, and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Manage offer negotiation and onboarding process.
- Maintain recruitment database and reports.

Required Skills:
- 1-10 years of recruitment experience (IT & Non-IT hiring).
- Strong knowledge of job portals and LinkedIn sourcing.
- Valuable communication & interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
