We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to manage interior design project execution on-site. The role involves coordinating resources, monitoring progress, and ensuring that work is completed as per design intent, quality standards and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate labour, vendors and materials for smooth site operations
- Manage project timelines and ensure timely completion of tasks
- Supervise day-to-day site activities and track progress
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality standards
- Work closely with designers, consultants and contractors
- Address on-site challenges
- Communicate updates and ensure alignment

Requirements:
- Prior experience in interior fit-out or construction supervision
- Strong understanding of materials, finishes and site execution
- Positive communication and coordination skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Basic knowledge of drawings and site measurements

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
