Role OverviewSchedule/Plan Preventive maintenance and Annual Safety Inspections ensuring high compliance rate.Non-Scheduled Maintenance - Handle roadside and after-hours call for moving equipment ensuring quick response and resolution time.Coordinate equipment movements with yard staff, shunters, and terminals.Track warranty eligibility and process warranty claims for applicable repairs.Communicate maintenance standards and policies for all fleet and intermodal assets.Maintain and reconcile purchase order (PO) logs for all third-party maintenance and repair vendors.
- Monitor vendor performance, repair quality, and turnaround times. Database ManagementMaintain, update, and organize all maintenance documentation in compliance with Ministry of Transportation requirements (Tenthstreet).Continuously audit the maintenance database to ensure no documents are missing or unattended.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of all equipment records

Safety SupportCollaborate with Safety and Compliance Team regarding driver compliance with pre/post trip inspection, CVOR violations related to equipment.




- Ensure all equipment meets regulatory, safety, and company compliance requirements.
- Maintain equipment readiness for audits, inspections, and safety reviews Data Analysis and Reporting
- Provide data related to RRs, safety costs, and maintenance KPIs. and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for recurring equipment issues.
- Participate in Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) improvement meetings and corrective action discussions. About You
