1. Child Engagement & Learning
- Plan and conduct play-based, activity-oriented sessions:
- Encourage early language development through rhymes, storytelling, and conversations
- Support development of motor skills through games, art, and movement activities
- Introduce basic concepts like colors, shapes, and sounds in a fun way

2. Classroom Environment
- Maintain a protected, clean, and child-friendly classroom:
- Set up engaging learning corners (toys, books, sensory materials)
- Ensure constant supervision and safety of children

3. Emotional & Social Development
- Help children feel secure, happy, and comfortable in school
- Encourage sharing, interaction, and independence:
- Handle separation anxiety and behavioural challenges gently

4. Parent Communication
- Share regular updates with parents about child’s progress and behaviour
- Attend parent meetings and provide constructive feedback

5. Observation & Assessment
- Observe and record developmental milestones
- Identify any early concerns and report to coordinator

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
