Job Summary: A Production Assembly Operator is responsible for assembling components and products according to company specifications and quality standards. The role involves working on production lines, operating machinery, and ensuring timely completion of assigned tasks while maintaining safety and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Assemble parts and components according to blueprints, drawings, or work instructions. Operate hand tools, power tools, and basic machinery safely. Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards. Identify and report defective materials or equipment issues to supervisors. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow safety guidelines and company policies at all times. Meet daily production targets and deadlines. Assist in packaging and labeling finished products when required. Maintain production records and documentation accurately. Required Skills & Qualifications:



High school diploma or equivalent. Basic understanding of assembly processes and tools. Ability to read and understand technical instructions. Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail. Ability to stand for long hours and lift moderate weights. Teamwork and communication skills. Previous experience in manufacturing/assembly (preferred but not mandatory).
