About the Role
As a Skin Coach, you will be the primary support partner for customers through their skincare journey. Your role involves explaining routines, motivating customers, answering their questions, and ensuring they feel supported and confident every step of the way.

What You’ll Be Doing
Take calls with customers to explain their regimen
Provide ongoing support to improve adherence
Answer questions and guide customers through their routine
Collaborate with product and retention teams to share insights
Encourage consistency and track customer progress

Must have completed their Graduation
Strong communication skills in English
Empathetic, confident, and customer-focused approach
Comfortable using digital tools and messaging platforms
Strong clarity while communicating feedback
Quick learner with good follow-up discipline

Job Types: Full time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
