Role Overview
We are looking for an energetic and empathetic Telecaller to join our Jaipur team. You will be the voice of DPF, connecting with supporters, donors, and volunteers to share our mission and secure the resources needed to expand our "Sewa" activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Calling: Reach out to potential donors and supporters to explain DPF’s missions (Animal Rescue, Temple Cleaning, and Free Education).
- Donor Relationship Management:
Maintain a skilled and polite rapport with existing supporters to provide updates on our impact.
- Market Research: Occasionally conduct "best-practice" checks by researching other NGOs to understand their outreach strategies and community impact.
- Data Entry: Maintain accurate call logs and supporter details in our database.
Requirements:
- Education: 12th Pass or Graduate.
- Language: Excellent communication skills in Hindi; basic English is a plus.
- Experience: 0-5 years (Freshers with a passion for social work are encouraged to apply).
- Skills: Ability to handle objections, persuasive storytelling, and a basic understanding of WhatsApp/Social Media for coordination.
- Mindset: A genuine interest in animal welfare and community service.
