Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Design visually engaging graphics, illustrations, and layouts for digital and print platforms
- Create and edit videos, reels, motion graphics, and animations for marketing and social media
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to create compelling creatives
- Edit videos with proper color correction, sound syncing, transitions, and effects
- Create branding materials such as banners, posters, social media creatives, and presentations
- Maintain visual consistency in line with TruckMitr’s brand guidelines
- Optimize video content for different platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, etc.)




- Experiment with new design trends and creative ideas to engage drivers and partners

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer and Video Editor:
- Strong proficiency in design and video editing tools such as:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe After Effects
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Good understanding of motion graphics, storytelling, and visual communication
- Strong knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout composition
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced startup environment
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience creating social media and digital marketing content
- Knowledge of UI/UX design is a plus
- Experience creating explainer videos or brand videos
- Basic understanding of sound design and visual effects
