Job Title: Team Coordinator
Department: Agency / Sales Distribution
Location: [Laxmisagar,Bhubaneswar)
Reports To: Branch Manager / Sales Manager
Agent & Sales Team Coordination
Documentation & Case Management
- Verify proposal forms and KYC documents before submission
- Reporting & MIS
- Customer & Agent Support:
- Administrative Support:
- Maintain branch records and sales registers
- Support in organizing sales meetings, training sessions, and events
- Ensure compliance with company processes and IRDAI guidelines
- Experience:
- 1-3 years in insurance / banking / sales coordination / backend operations
- Freshers with robust Excel and coordination skills may be considered
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
