The Roll Forming Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining roll forming machines used in the production of solar mounting structures, channels, purlins, and support sections. The role ensures quality production, machine efficiency, and adherence to safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate roll forming machines for manufacturing solar structure components.
- Read and understand production drawings and technical specifications.
- Adjust machine settings (rollers, alignment, cutting length) as per job requirement.
- Monitor production process to ensure correct dimensions and quality.
- Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Check material thickness, straightness, and quality before processing.
- Maintain daily production records and report output to supervisor.
- Ensure proper stacking, labeling, and handling of finished goods.
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain housekeeping in work area.

Required Skills:




- Knowledge of roll forming machine operation.
- Understanding of sheet metal, GI, and MS material.
- Ability to read mechanical drawings.
- Basic knowledge of measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, Scale).
- Troubleshooting skills for minor mechanical issues.
- Basic knowledge of cutting systems (hydraulic/shear cutting).

Qualification
- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical / Fitter / Turner (preferred)
- Minimum 2-5 years experience in roll forming or solar structure manufacturing

Salary Range

(₹15,000 - ₹25,000 per month depending on experience)
- Negotiable based on skills._

Pay: ₹10,226.04 - ₹50,000.00 per month
