Job Summary:
We are hiring Customer Support Executives for an international voice process. The role involves handling customer calls, resolving queries, and delivering excellent service to global clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound/outbound international calls
- Resolve customer queries and complaints
- Maintain service quality and meet KPIs
- Update customer details in CRM systems

Requirements:
- Excellent English communication skills
- Neutral accent preferred
- Basic computer knowledge
- Willing to work in rotational/night shifts
