Key Responsibilities
- Assist in executing the NPD lifecycle, including ideation, formulation, prototyping, testing, and launch.
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify product opportunities.
- Work with vendors for sourcing of raw materials, packaging, and innovative ingredients.
- Coordinate lab trials, stability testing, consumer testing, and packaging validation.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and quality standards.
- Maintain and update the NPD pipeline tracker to monitor project timelines.
- Support costing, pricing analysis, and provide inputs for margin optimization.
- Collaborate with marketing, brand, procurement, and supply chain teams for smooth product rollouts.




- Track post-launch performance and collect consumer feedback for improvements.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Cosmetics preferred
- 3 years+ of experience in NPD, R&D;, or product development ( Personal care, or wellness preferred).
- Knowledge of formulation, packaging, and product testing.
- Familiarity with regulatory standards and quality compliance.
- Solid coordination, research, and project management skills.
- Passion for consumer trends, innovation, and product design.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
