Key Responsibilities
- Provide a full range of hair services including cutting, coloring, styling, treatments, and chemical services
- Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable hairstyles and treatments
- Stay updated with the latest hair trends, techniques, and products
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and salon cleanliness
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business
- Mentor and train junior hairstylists and assistants
- Assist in managing salon operations when required
- Recommend and promote salon retail products to clients
