Dr care is immediately hiring for Call Center Associate

Location: [JNTU, Hyderabad]

Experience Level: Fresher/Experienced

Salary: 2.4 LPA-3.6LPA, Slight Negotiable, Incentives

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with clear and professional communication.

Explain services, appointment details, and basic information in both Hindi and English.

Understand customer concerns and provide accurate solutions or escalate when required.

Maintain customer records and update details in the CRM system.

Follow standard call scripts and company guidelines.





Ensure high customer satisfaction through polite and efficient conversations.

Coordinate with internal teams for follow-ups and support.

Must be fluent in both English and Hindi(North Hindi)

Prior experience in call center / tele calling / customer support is an added advantage.

Positive listening skills, patience, and customer-oriented approach.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM usage).

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
