Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions
- Cut, drill, bend, and shape steel sections using fabrication tools and machines
- Perform welding (MIG, TIG, Arc) as per project requirements
- Assemble structural components such as beams, columns, rafters, and purlins
- Ensure proper alignment and dimensions of fabricated parts
- Operate machinery like CNC cutting machines, shearing machines, and grinders
- Conduct quality checks and ensure compliance with project specifications
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
- Follow safety standards and workplace procedures
- Coordinate with supervisors and engineers for workflow and troubleshooting

Required Skills:
- Knowledge of steel fabrication and welding techniques
- Ability to read technical drawings and fabrication layouts




- Familiarity with fabrication tools and machinery
- Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
- Basic understanding of measurement tools (vernier, micrometer, etc.)
- Awareness of safety practices in fabrication environments

Qualifications:
- ITI / Diploma in Fabrication, Welding, Mechanical, or related field
- 2-5 years of experience in PEB or structural steel fabrication (preferred)

Working Conditions:
- Factory/workshop environment
- May involve heavy lifting and standing for long hours
- Use of protective gear (helmet, gloves, safety shoes, etc.) required
