Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Creating social media strategies tailored to each initiative’s audience.
- Building monthly content calendars and managing posting schedules.
- Publishing and managing regular posts and community engagement.
- Responding to comments, DMs, and queries in a timely, respectful manner.
- Growing the follower base organically via engagement campaigns and collaborations, including influencers and affiliates.
- Running polls and discussions to keep communities active and engaged.




- Launching digital ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
- Tracking, analyzing, and reporting engagement metrics to help improve strategy.
- Managing and actively maintaining 8 social media accounts under one primary umbrella account, each dedicated to different initiatives across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Quora, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and others.
- Assist with outreach, engagement, and follow-ups with NGOs and collaborators
- Coordinate and execute video shoots for social media content, including reels, promotional videos.
- Have a good understanding of how to create effective and platform-relevant content based on the target audience and brand requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Advertising, Media, or related field:
