Job Summary

The Operations MIS Executive is responsible for managing, analyzing, and reporting operational data to support business decision-making. The role focuses on maintaining accurate MIS reports, improving data processes, and ensuring smooth information flow across departments.

Key Responsibilities

1. MIS Reporting & Data Management
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for operations.
- Maintain and update databases with accurate and timely information.
- Consolidate data from multiple departments and systems.

2. Data Analysis & Insights
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
- Generate actionable insights to improve efficiency and performance.
- Create dashboards and visual reports.

3. Process Coordination
- Coordinate with different teams to collect required data.
- Ensure timely submission of reports from stakeholders.
- Support operations team in planning and execution.

4. System & Tool Management
- Use tools like Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting systems.




- Maintain data integrity and troubleshoot data-related issues.
- Automate repetitive reporting tasks where possible.

5. Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain proper documentation of reports and data records.
- Ensure compliance with company data policies and standards.

Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas).
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Time management and ability to meet deadlines.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (B.Com, BBA, B.Sc, or any relevant field).
- Certification in data analysis or MIS (preferred).

Experience
- 2-4 years of experience in MIS, operations, or data reporting.
- Freshers with strong Excel skills can also be considered.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
