PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

The Civil Workface Planner III plays a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of construction projects by providing direction and project management expertise. This role is responsible for developing detailed plans to optimize construction sequencing, ensuring projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and in alignment with contractual obligations. The Civil Workface Planner III integrates advanced work packaging (AWP) principles to enhance efficiency, reduce risks, and drive sustainable outcomes, contributing to Worley’s ambition to be a global leader in sustainability solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develops and maintains comprehensive workface planning strategies,



ensuring alignment with Worley’s sustainability objectives and project execution frameworks.
- Creates detailed work packages that enhance project efficiency, integrating engineering, procurement, and construction elements.
- Collaborates with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure a seamless transition of deliverables from design to execution.
- Ensures workface planning aligns with contractual requirements, regulatory standards, and corporate policies.
- Analyzes project data to identify potential risks, implement mitigation strategies, and enhance overall construction performance.
- Provides expert guidance on construction sequencing, resource allocation, and scheduling to optimize productivity.
- Engages with stakeholders to communicate planning methodologies, progress updates, and any necessary adjustments to execution plans.
