Role Overview

We are looking for a Client Engagement Executive who will be the first point of contact for potential clients. The role involves managing leads, communicating services effectively, and converting prospects into clients through virtual interactions.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle leads generated by the marketing team
- Understand client requirements and explain service offerings
- Maintain regular follow-ups and ensure lead conversion
- Work towards assigned targets, KPIs, and KRAs
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,480.35 - ₹15,021.51 per month
