Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee daily branch operations
- Lead, guide, and monitor field officers and branch staff
- Achieve monthly business targets and collection efficiency
- Drive business growth in LAP (Loan Against Property) and MSME loan segments
- Monitor loan disbursement, recovery, and portfolio quality
- Conduct regular field visits and support the team in customer sourcing and verification
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Maintain proper documentation and branch reporting
- Handle customer issues and maintain strong client relationships
Eligibility:
- Graduate in any discipline
- 2-5 years experience in Microfinance / NBFC / Banking
- Experience in LAP Loans / MSME Loans will be preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good communication and field management ability
- Ability to achieve business and collection targets
