Job Title: Machine Operator - Ayurvedic Manufacturing (Blister / ALU-ALU)

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain Blister Packing and ALU-ALU machines efficiently
- Ensure smooth production with mínimal downtime
- Monitor machine performance and carry out basic troubleshooting
- Maintain product quality as per GMP and company standards
- Perform routine cleaning and preventive maintenance of machines
- Record production data and report any deviations
- Follow safety and hygiene protocols in the manufacturing area

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Ayurvedic / Pharmaceutical manufacturing
- Hands-on experience with Blister & ALU-ALU machines (mandatory)




- Basic understanding of machine operations and maintenance:
- Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices):
- Ability to work in shifts and meet production targets

Preferred Skills (Positive to Have)
- Experience in Tablet Coating:
- Experience in Tablet Compression:
- Technical understanding of production machinery
- Attention to detail and quality-focused mindset
