Job Role

To implement, support, and optimize SAP Business One across all business functions by understanding business processes, configuring SAP B1 modules, enabling users through training, and ensuring smooth system operations aligned with organizational objectives.

A. Implementation & Configuration
- Lead SAP Business One implementation across modules such as Finance, Inventory, Production, Sales, Purchase, CRM and other.
- Gather business requirements; map business processes to SAP B1 functionalities.
- Perform configuration, setup, and customization based on business needs.
- Develop functional specifications for add-ons, integrations, and reports.

B. System Support & Maintenance
- Provide day-to-day functional support to end-users.
- Troubleshoot SAP B1 issues and coordinate with technical teams/partners for resolution.
- Manage master data, document numbering series, authorizations, and alerts.
- Monitor system performance and ensure data accuracy and integrity.





C. Training & Documentation
- Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and prepare test scenarios.
- Deliver user training for new modules, enhancements & processes.
- Create and maintain SOPs, user manuals, and process documentation.

D. Upgrades & Enhancements
- Support SAP B1 version upgrades and patch deployments.
- Work with developers on SQL queries, Crystal Reports, and dashboards.
- Improve workflows, automate processes, and suggest best practices.

E. Cross-Functional Coordination
- Coordinate with Finance, Stores, Production, Sales, HR, and Management to understand needs and deliver system-driven solutions.
- Work with external vendors to ensure timely delivery and support.
