Job Summary

An iOS Sales Associate is responsible for selling and promoting Apple iOS devices such as iPhones, iPads, and accessories in a retail environment. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, understanding customer needs, and achieving sales targets while representing the brand effectively.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Customer Engagement
- Assist customers in selecting iOS devices based on their needs and budget.
- Demonstrate features of devices like Apple iPhone, Apple iPad, and accessories.
- Explain product specifications, pricing, and ongoing offers.
- Upsell accessories such as AirPods, chargers, and cases.

2. Product Knowledge
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Apple products, iOS features, and updates.
- Educate customers about iOS ecosystem benefits (continuity, security, performance).
- Stay informed about competitor products for comparison.

3. Store Operations
- Ensure proper display and merchandising of products.
- Maintain cleanliness and visual standards of the store.
- Manage inventory and stock levels.

4. Sales Targets & Reporting




- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Track daily sales and customer interactions.
- Report customer feedback and market trends.

5. Customer Service & Support
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and basic troubleshooting.
- Assist customers with device setup and basic usage guidance.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.

Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales-driven mindset with customer-first approach.
- Basic technical knowledge of smartphones and operating systems.
- Ability to explain technical features in easy terms.
- Problem-solving and persuasion skills.

Qualifications
- Minimum: Diploma / Graduate.
- Certification or training in retail sales or mobile technology (preferred).

Experience
- 1-3 years in retail sales (electronics/mobile preferred).
