Hiring: Heavy Electric Vehicle Assembly EV Trainer

Location - Aurangabad, MH

Salary - 25k to 45k per month

Required Manpower - 02 (Trainer + Technician)

We are looking for an experienced Heavy
- Electric Vehicle Assembly Trainer to train students on Electric Bus & Truck assembly operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Train learners on heavy-duty EV systems: chassis, suspension, axles, steering, braking, battery pack, BMS & HV/LV wiring.
- Conduct hands-on practical sessions with real assembly setups.
- Teach safety practices, tool handling & industry-standard procedures.
- Should have knowledge of software defined vehicle (SDV).
- Prepare students to become job-ready Heavy EV Technicians.

Requirements:
- B. Tech / diploma degree
- 1-4 years’ experience in heavy vehicle assembly / EV manufacturing / technical training.
- Strong hands-on skills and good communication (Marathi mandatory).

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
