Job Description: Client Servicing Manager (Digital Marketing)

We are looking for a high-energy, detail-oriented Client Servicing Manager to join our growing team in Nagpur. Role Overview
- Location: Nagpur (On-site)
- Experience: 1 - 3 Years
- Industry: Digital Marketing / Advertising Agency
- Reporting to: Account Director / Agency Head

Key Responsibilities
- Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
- Strategy Implementation: Collaborate with the creative and performance teams to develop digital campaigns (Social Media, SEO, PPC, Content) that align with client KPIs.
- Project Coordination: Manage timelines, deliverables,



and budgets to ensure every project is launched on time and within scope.
- Reporting & Analytics: Translate complex data into explicit, actionable insights for clients through weekly/monthly performance reports.
- Retention & Growth: Identify opportunities for "up-selling" or "cross-selling" additional agency services to help clients grow their digital footprint.

Qualifications & Skills
- Background: 1-3 years of experience in a client-facing role within a digital marketing agency.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English skills. You should be able to present a deck with confidence.
- Technical Knowledge: A solid grasp of social media trends, Google Ads, SEO basics, and CMS platforms.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
